Machines can be controlled by our fully automatic controller, with electric, 12-volt, hydraulic, or mechanical controls. By using a post-cut shear design, it assures a flare-free square panel every time. With an up-cut shear, the panel can slide onto previous panel without scratching. All forming dies are made from D2 tool steel and Thru-Hardened to 65 RC. This eliminates the need for flash chroming and the problem of chrome wearing off. This provides years of trouble free service. 

The 3” TGP 1045 shaft is designed to resist deflection, for a quality, crisp finished panel. Smart cut feature automatically stops the machine at the proper location for slit-off in anticipation of end of order coil change. The Ag Panel utilizes a 14 pass, tooling design. Speed of 0—150 feet per minute.
